MinorClearPass is an international travel authorisation document used to formally record legal guardian consent for cross-border travel involving minors under defined circumstances. It applies where a minor is travelling unaccompanied, travelling with only one legal guardian, or travelling with an accompanying adult who does not hold legal guardianship.

Airlines and border authorities may require documented evidence of guardian consent before permitting international travel in such cases. Failure to present appropriate documentation may result in refusal of carriage, denial of exit or entry, or further administrative measures. Responsibility for compliance rests with the travelling party.
MinorClearPass constitutes supporting documentation only and is valid exclusively for the journey and travel period specified in the document. It does not replace passports, visas, or other travel documents required under applicable law.
